- Private entrance to house in a separate floor (you should be OK taking 20-25 stairs)
- Private bathroom
- Room furniture include queen bed, bedding set, sofa, closet (Ok if you want to bring your own as well).
- No heavy cooking, microwave provided for quick preparation
- Private refrigerator
- Parking
- Close to ferry and 101 highway (7 min drive to golden gate bridge)
- Very convenient access to both SF and North bay
Seeking for:

- Single, full-time working occupant only (sorry no couples)
- Clean, mature, full-time professional (regular morning to evening working hours preferred)
- Being respectful of quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM
- No party No drugs, no pets, no smoking please
- Good credit and clean background history

I am a software engineer working full-time in Bay area, and my wife is a project engineer. We are peaceful and educated people seeking for good relationships with our tenants. We enjoy casual gathering but respect our tenants privacy.
