Pets are considered for an additional pet rent- some breed restrictions apply- cats and dogs only. The house is unfurnished. Water, trash, recycling, and sewer are covered by the owner- all other utilities and lawn mowing are the responsibility of the tenants. Owner pays for plowing when over 6 of snow. The rent is $3,700.00 per month, beginning due June 1st, 2023. Security deposit is $5,000.00, due at lease signing. The house will be available for rent June 1st, 2023.
