Sunny 3 Room Studio in Quiet Building near USF - This is a charming 3 room studio on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building (4 floors counting Lobby) very close to USF/Lone Mountain Campus. It is a large sunny unit with 4 windows in the unit facing east.
This unit is on the eastern portion of the building and gets a great deal of morning light. The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, a large living room, a tiled bathroom, kitchen and several closets including a large walk in closet. There is a small room adjoining the kitchen which has a door that can be closed separating it from the living room.
The unit was painted this year and includes an original circa 1930s chandelier. Some Former tenants have used the dining area off the kitchen as a bedroom and others have used it as a "breakfast nook". The walk in closet is large enough to fit at least a full sized bed; others have set their bedroom up in the living room. There are 6 units per floor (6 X 3=18) and there is an elevator. The 31 Balboa stop is right at the corner a few hundred feet from the building.
This is a VERY quiet building where privacy is respected although there is a strong sense of community. Landlord pays for heat (radiator), hot water, & garbage. Tenant(s) pay only for his/her/their own gas and electricity. There is NO in-building laundry on the premises but laundry facilities are just 2 blocks away.
