Looking for a roommate for a private bedroom (unfurnished) and private bathroom in a single family home (3 beds/2 baths, ~1500 sf). The bedroom is 13' x 11' and bathroom has shower/tub. In addition, there is a vacant large room (12' x 18') that can be used for common open office or socializing space.
Current tenant is a twenty-something software engineer (nice, quiet and clean) working in San Mateo. He's looking for a roommate who is similar in terms of being a working young professional and responsible, clean and respectful of others.
Prospective tenants must be non-smokers, no drugs, no parties or loud music. Overnight guest allowed with agreement.
Amenities include the following:
- Common rooms are furnished (living room and kitchen)
- New big screen TV and sofa set
- SS appliances, dishwasher, microwave, granite countertop
- Filtered reverse osmosis drinking water system
- New full size washer and dryer
- 1 Gbps Internet connection with high speed WIFI
- Home gym with weights (squat/bench) in garage
- Central heating and AC
- Comfortable backyard with string lights
- Available parking in front
Safe and quiet neighborhood in a home ownership area. Nearby parks and hill running for outdoor exercise.
