Hi there,
I am looking for 1 person to rent a room in my home. This is not an apartment. I rent each room and looking to rent a room on the second floor of a 2 story house. I'll tell you a little about the room and the house. The room is small, it's about 10 feet by 11 feet, it can fit a full size bed with a desk and a cabinet comfortably, or a twin. You can hang your TV on the wall. It has a ceiling fan with a built in light and receives central air conditioning and heating. It's next door to one other room and a bathroom. The shower is shared with 2 other male tenants, always kept clean. The kitchen and all appliances are shared, you'd have access to your own drawers and cabinets. The house consists of 3 young adults with full time jobs and I'm looking for someone similar. We all get along, have lots of privacy and maintain the house very clean. There is parking available on the street in front of the house too. The price for the room is $750 per month with a $500 security deposit. The monthly price includes all your utilities already, so it's just a flat fee. Not looking for couples or families at this time, just 1 person only please.
