Amazing 1 bedroom, Shared bathroom in a Row House in Washington DC columbia heights/petworth. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, washer dryer, yard, and private parking. The security deposit is one month’s rent, and this is a year-long lease.
Our landlord has a no pet policy. Overall, Im looking for a considerate, easygoing roommate who will appreciate the house as much as I do! Message me if you are interested and would like to set up a tour!
The House: The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an adorable front porch and large backyard. Youd live in 1 of the 3 rooms in the second floor. The room pictured has a window facing the backyard and plenty of space. The 2nd floor has a bathroom and a washer/dryer that are shared with two of the housemates (both males). Please reach out if you are interested in any of the rooms. The two other rooms have windows facing the main road.
All communal living spaces are fully furnished. The kitchen has updated appliances including a dishwasher, has plenty of counter space, and is fully stocked with all the cooking, baking, and coffee-making tools you could possibly need. The house gets a ton of great natural light, has beautiful hardwood floors, a bi-monthly cleaning service, and brand new central AC/heating. We also have a great front porch, and spacious front and backyards. Our Wifi easily accommodates multiple people working remotely.
The Roommates: You would live with three other roommates (gender male). The house is a fun vibe– weve loved hanging out at home or going out to dinner, but we are also respectful of each other’s personal space. All four of the room-mates share the first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room) and the outdoor areas. We keep our shared spaces very clean, and are looking for someone who will do the same!
The Neighborhood: The house is in an ideal central location in Park View! Its a great mix of fun and residential– were on a quiet street just one block away from Georgia Avenue, nearby a ton of great local DC spots. Everythings super walkable, were a 5 minute walk to the Petworth metro and about a 10 minute walk to the Columbia Heights metro. Were also a short walk to CVS, Safeway, Giant, Target, and Call Your Mother, Midlands, St. Vincent, as well as other great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops!
Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: ASAP. This property is managed by a responsible Rental Management Company using Avail landlord software.
