My husband and I are looking for someone interested in renting our home, a cottage craftsman in Ravenna.
The first floor of our home has two bedrooms, two office spaces, a living room, a dining room, a full bath, and a kitchen for a total of 900 square feet of living space. Downstairs we have another room (currently used as a bedroom), full bath, laundry area, office area, and a entertainment area with kitchenette for another 900 sq ft.
The cost is $3000. Move-in monies (first / last / security deposit) and utilities (electric/gas/water/internet) can be discussed. There are some furnishings / furniture and this can also be discussed.
The house is located a few blocks from Third Place Books (which itself is at the intersection of NE 65th St and 20th Ave NE). We are served by a bunch of bus lines, including the 48, 71, 72, 73, 76, and 373. There are three markets(Whole Foods, Daiso, and Safeway) nearby, and some yummy restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet (no party houses!) and conveniently located.
Absolutely no illegal drugs or smoking (of any type) inside the house, and (probably) no pets (sorry).
We are a gay interracial (Asian and White) couple that lives in San Francisco but comes to Seattle frequently to visit friends and family (except during pandemics). We're looking for someone who will treat our house as a real home.
