It has a great "up north" feel, with beautiful gas fireplace, rooms are large and spacious, full deck off the living room that overlooks the lake. The main level offers efficiency with all living utilities on the one level. The upper level master suite feature a full bathroom his and her closets and a private deck. The lower level walk out features a non-conforming bedroom and 3/4 bath.
Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, trash, cable/internet and must shovel their walkways, the owner will plow the parking area (MUST be flexible in moving vehicles to allow for proper plowing), the road is maintained.
The tenant will provide their own bed linens and towels.
All occupants over 18 must apply and be approved. The screening process includes credit, criminal background check, income verification, ID verification, and review of previous rental history.
