Requirements to Pass the Application:
Students/graduate students with qualified co-signers or sufficient proof of income from the university will pass the application process (no history of criminal activity or evictions).
If not students with qualified co-signers or sufficient proof of income from the university the requirements are below:
Total net monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent ($7,500/month).
Credit scores of at least 650.
No history of violent criminal activity or evictions.If the income and/or credit are not high enough then a co-signer who meets the requirements would be necessary.
