We are a full-service property management company with our main office located in Santa Clara County specializing in single family and multi-family rental management and sales.We work primarily with single family homes and multi-family buildings but also manage HOAs throughout Santa Clara and Alameda County. Our office is located in San Jose.

Bob Nastasi established the company in 1994 and since then A to B has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry including Loans, Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
We are a tight-knit group of people and most of our employees have worked together for years. Each one with a different field of expertise, we are able to supply our customers with all of their property management needs.
Our company has worked with owners from all over the country in all aspects of property management from leasing the property, screening tenants and marketing to collecting rents, coordinating repairs and evictions. We have long-established relationships with great local contractors, attorneys and other vendors that will take care of any problem that could come up while managing your property.
