Description

Lake of the Isles Living - Located in the East Isles neighborhood, this top floor corner one bedroom/one bath apartment has been updated floor to ceiling. The spacious unit has the following updates: A completely renovated kitchen (new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new kitchen floor and granite counters), floor-to-ceiling tiled bathtub and brand new hardwood floors throughout. This apartment also has lots of windows that allow for natural light and features a sunroom with french doors.

Laundry and extra storage are available on site. Heat, water, and garbage are included in rent. This is a non-smoking building.

Utilities: Resident responsible for Electric and Internet

Application Fee: $50.00 per person

Pet Rent: $35 per pet per month.

Pet Deposit: $300 nonrefundable.

Rental Requirements: ALL APPLICANTS MUST QUALIFY UNDER EACH REQUIREMENT.

• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age to contract for lease.

• A credit, housing, and criminal conviction background check is run on all applicants.

• Rental History: The applicant(s) should have a positive past rental history or have previously owned a home (with mortgage in good standing). This includes no late rent payments, eviction actions, lease violations, or other negative housing history.

• Income: A prospective Resident should meet the minimum income requirements must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.85 times the monthly rent.
