These apartments will not last long on the market, even with the odd viewing hours and no touring. To secure an apartment, we require a completed application and app fee ($60), if you want to reserve the apartment, you need to also include the security deposit.
If you want an apartment, please be ready when you apply to bring the following: I will need completed application, copy of ID, proof of current income of at least three time the monthly rent (unemployment does not count as income), and verifiable positive renter history.? I am able to send you an application via email and you can bring it completed to my office by appointment only or you can it slide under my door. I will retrieve it when I get in and will confirm with you.
