Steven Moffett, the broker, is the on-site financial controller and supervises each property’s financial transaction. Steve earned his degree in Financial Management at CSULB. He is a past member of Kiwanis and was Commodore of Alamitos Bay Yacht Club. In his spare time, he cruises his Jenneaux 45.2 and races sailboats in big boat regattas to Hawaii and Mexico.

Rebecca Reid Moffett is the supervisor of office procedures and protocol. Rebecca is a past President of the Apartment Association, CA Southern Cities and is currently a Director Emeritus. She has served on several committees including Forms, Budget, Executive, and PAC. She has taught management seminars, has been a guest speaker at association events, and has been an expert witness in court for landlords.

We serve a wide area in the southland specializing in Belmont Shore, Alamitos Beach, and Huntington Beach with properties in over 40 other surrounding cities. Our professional staff currently manages over 150 property locations including commercial offices attached to residential housing, apartments ranging from two units to 100, houses, condos, and townhomes.

We contract with local business vendors for all our repairs and maintenance needs, some of which we’ve done business with for over 25 years.
