Located in the Calvert Hills neighborhood of College Park, we're about a 8-minute walk from both the College Park metro stop and the UMD campus, and within easy walking distance of the downtown College Park shopping and restaurant district that includes Whole Foods, Target, CVS, and more. The bedroom is approximately 115 Sq ft and comes with a Queen bed, Rustic Desk, Bookcase & Modern Wastebin. The bathroom is shared with two other residents on the same floor, and there is shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry. Note that although the attached photos are representative of the rooms at the time of this posting.
A bit about us: The current residents of the house are the owner/landlord (late 20s, engineering background and employment) and his girlfriend (early 20s, psychology grad student), plus one female roommate (late 20s, engineering background and employment). Two of the three current residents are queer and our home is emphatically LGBTQIA+ inclusive; otherwise we're generally quite laid back and enjoy movies, videogames, board games, anime, and other nerd hobbies and interests (looking forward to the return of Renn festivals and conventions once COVID is gone!). We also love to cook and are always down to do house dinners and drinks, within reason - this isn't a frat/party house.
