There is a pellet stove in the basement that keeps the basement nice and toasty on those cold winter nights. You have access to one of decks from the basement as well. There is another full bedroom downstairs with a nice closet space. The downstairs bathroom is great sized with a walk in shower. The washer/dryer is at the bottom of the stairs. There is a boiler room/shop that is great for storage or would even make a nice home office!
Resident responsible for the oil heat, electric, lawncare and snow removal.
Trash, cold water and sewer included.
Average fuel usage for the year is between $1800-$2300 (The $2300 was the heat turned up high!)
Average electric bill is about $90-$100.

The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
