1 year lease minimum. Renter's insurance is required. You may apply online or in person. Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. Applications must be complete and all required documents must be submitted prior to being processed. After approval applicants have 48 hours to bring in a security deposit and schedule a move in date that is not more than 14 days from the deposit date.

$35 application fee per applicant over the age of 18

Income must be 2.5 times the rent
Our qualifications are based on income, overall credit score, number of delinquent accounts on credit report, no evictions and no criminal record and you will have to be at 2.5 times the rent.
Due to COVID-19 showings will only be scheduled by requiring all perspective tenants to wear a mask before entering the home, please keep it to a minimum of people coming to the viewing thank you.
