We have a $35 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Minimum gross monthly income of the primary applicant must be at least $1,710. Security deposit is $545. The monthly rent is $545 per month.
Our basic rental requirements are; No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit and a credit score above 570 is required.
