Martha’s Vineyard is a no pet and no smoke property. We do background and credit check on all of our tenants. To qualify we ask applicants to meet 3xs rent, with good credit and good rental history. In addition, we do not accept housing assistance programs. Occupancy limit is 3 in the two bedroom units.
Security deposit is one month of rent
Application fee $40.00
Security deposit and signed lease is necessary to hold the apartment.
