Utilities & Appliances: Renter pays all utilities. No central air conditioning; you would need to use a window unit. Has washer hookup and dryer hookup.

Application, Fee and Deposit: The application fee is $20 per adult applicant (married couple: $30) and the security deposit is the same amount as the monthly rent amount. You can get an application from our representative at a showing, from our office, or from our Homes By Summit Group website. Applications take 4-5 days to process. You can submit an application ahead of seeing a house in person if you want to and some people have gotten in ahead of competing applications simply by doing so.

Qualifications: Your monthly income should be at least 3 times the rent amount. You should have no judgments, bankruptcies or evictions within the last 2 years and not be in collections for anything with the possible exception of medical bills. Our processors do a credit and background check but they don't go by the score itself but instead they look at the overall picture of stability. Pets: Pets are allowed and there is a refundable, one-time $300 pet deposit per pet. Pitbull and Terrier mixes are not allowed at our properties.

1-year lease.

Showings: You may view one of our properties before submitting an application. We ask that you wear a protective face mask when entering the properties.
