We are looking for someone to lake over our lease in April! We have loved living in this apartment and neighborhood for many years, and hope to find a tenant who will enjoy it as much as we have! This is an 800 sq ft second floor apartment in a triplex in Montrose which rents for only $1025 per month. This unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, breakfast area, and back patio. It has abundant windows, central AC and heating, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, original wood floors, and glass cabinets. Closets are located in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. A lot of natural light pours in (which we love), but we applied UV protection screens and installed two-layer curtains which will stay with the unit. The following will also stay in the unit: red floating shelf, pots and pans rack with hooks, and the magnetic kitchen knife holder. Located within walking distance to HEB, the Menil, University of Saint Thomas, shops on Westheimer, and is a scenic ten minute bike ride to the Texas Medical Center and Rice University. Covered parking is based on seniority, but there is plenty of street parking. No plumbing issues during the winter storm 2021. Pets are allowed with pet agreement and deposit. Possible tenants will go through typical screening by the landlord. The lease is up at the end of July, but you have the option to negotiate a new lease upon move in or at the end of the current lease with the landlord.
