Behind the building is a small lawn with some possible gardening space. The front porch is shared, but the back porch is screened-in and private. There are possible off-street parking spaces either open-air or in a garage. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Furniture is available to whatever degree is necessary at no extra cost.
