Our home is a historic mediterranean house located in a quiet upscaled neighborhood, yet you can walk to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping mall. Stern Grove park is 1.5 blocks away where you can enjoy concerns and festivals within a walkable distance. SFSU is only 15 minutes walking distance. There are many small parks around/right across the street where you can jog around and run on the street.
Our home is a guest suite and has 2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 baths fully stocked with essentials (towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc). This will be an ideal place to stay for a small group of FAMILIES or PROFESSIONALS who want to explore Northern California on their terms and at their own pace and relax at a luxurious home after the day. It has a living room with a comfortable sofa where family or a group of friends can relax while watching Netflix or their favorite TV show or movie, and you can also use the indoor fireplace to feel warm.
There’s a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, and a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. Please take note there’s no stove in our kitchenette, but there are electric portable cooktops. Enjoy a glass of wine or 2 while having a good talk with your friends or family members at our bar counter.
The nearest bus stop is at Sloat Blvd & Forest View Dr which is an 8-minute walk only. MUNI Bus 23 Monterey schedules are:
On weekdays, the first trip is at 5:45 AM; the last trip is at 11:30 PM. On weekends, the first trip is at 6:10 AM; the last trip is at 11:30 PM.
