The guest suite has its own private entrance. There are 3 fully furnished private bedrooms in the entire guest suite, and 1 bathroom. Each guest will have their own private bedroom. The kitchen and laundry will be shared with the other 2 bedroom tenants in the guest suite.
The owner occupies the downstairs in case there is any need.
Guests may relax inside their room or enjoy the sun in the large private front yard.
This house is conveniently located less than one mile from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. like Palo Alto Creamery, Taverna, Crepevine Restaurants, Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, and Safeway.
You will be occupying private room #3, with sole access to the living room and private bathroom. The kitchen and laundry area are shared with other guests in bedrooms 1, 2, 5, and 6. There is a built-in closet in the bedroom where you could store your luggage and other stuff, a laptop-friendly workspace with a comfortable office chair, and enough lighting. Natural light comes in from the windows and you can close the window blinds if you want to sleep during the daytime.
