The owner occupies the downstairs in case there is any need.
Guests may relax inside their room or enjoy the sun in the large private front yard.
This house is conveniently located less than one mile from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. like Palo Alto Creamery, Bistro Maxine, Taverna, Crepevine Restaurant, Whole Foods, Trader Koes, Safeway and many more
You will be occupying private room #1, and share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area with other guests. There is a built-in closet in the bedroom where you could store your luggage and other stuff, a laptop-friendly workspace with a comfortable office chair, and enough lighting. Natural light comes in from the windows and you can close the window blinds if you want to sleep during the daytime.
