Geothermal Home! - Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Geothermal heated home with an office area. Fully fenced yard with front and back patios, lots of fruit trees and huge 3 bay garage. Absolutely no smoking in or around the home. Will consider one dog with an additional deposit and management must meet the dog. Sorry, no cats. Must pass application process which includes a $35.00 per person application fee. Tenant responsible for no utilities; owner pays for water/sewer/power as they are shared with the cottage that sits above the home and owners will also pay for trash service. Tenants are still residing in home-please be courteous to them and do not try to look in windows or knock on door. Call for additional information.
