The owner occupies the downstairs in case there is any need.
Guests may relax inside their room or enjoy the sun in the large private front yard.

There is a built-in closet in the bedroom where you could store your luggage and other stuff, a laptop-friendly workspace with a comfortable office chair, and enough lighting. Natural light comes in from the windows and you can close the window blinds if you want to sleep during the daytime.
