Lease Take over terms:
The current tenant is unable to fulfill the terms of the lease and is seeking someone to take it over. The lease runs until May 31, 2025, with the option to renew. The current tenant plans to vacate by November 1st, 2024.
Rent is $1,030.00, which includes a $20.00 monthly filter shipment fee. The deposit held is $700, paid by the current tenant, and will remain with the property.
By taking over the lease, you agree to accept the property and lease terms "as is." Upon move-out, you are responsible for returning the property in the same condition as received by the original tenant. Any cleaning or damages will be deducted from the original deposit. If these costs exceed the deposit, you will be responsible for the difference.
Please note, that Crosspointe prepared the property for move-in before the original lease start date and will not perform any make-ready between the original tenant and the lease takeover tenant.
