Lil Red Caboose-- Furnished Monthly Rental including all Utilties
Welcome to the Lil Red Caboose! A furnished 30-day minimum rental tucked away in Traveler's Rest, just 7 minutes from Downtown TR and 20 minutes to Downtown Greenville.
Lease terms can be anywhere from one month to four months, and the property is currently available beginning May 11.
Our home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, complete with a cozy living room, 55 in TV for streaming, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office space, located inside a large closet.
Our mobile home is perfect for travel nurses, those relocating to the area, or those waiting on a closing.
We can't wait to have you!
The Space:
Located in a wooded area, tucked away from the hustle and bustle is our Lil Red Caboose, a renovated mobile home perfect for short term stays.
Upon entering, guests will find a cozy living room with arm chair, chaise sectional, and 55 in TV (for streaming only).
The kitchen has bar seating for 2 and a table for 3 in front of the window. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and all you will need to cook a great meal. There is a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and microwave. There is not a dishwasher at this home.
The home is split, with a bedroom on each end. The bathroom is next to the kitchen, with single sink, shower/tub combination, and toilet. Across the bathroom, near the back door, is a washer and dryer available for your use.
Next to the bathroom is the King bedroom, with nightstands, lamps, antique dresser/vanity, and closet.
On the other end of the home, off the living room, is a room with 2 twin beds, each with a nightstand and bedside table. The closet is incredibly large, and has an 6-cube storage organizer with fabric drawers for a dresser. There is also a large writing desk in there with a chair for getting some work done.
Parking is right by the back door of the home.
Terms are as follows:
$500 security deposit
$250 non-refundable pet fee
$100/mo linen fee*
30-day minimum, can be flexible with end date with notice.
*Usually, we provide white linens in our homes, but for longer term stays, they are difficult for guests to keep free of stains. The easiest thing to do is to bring your own, but, we are happy to provide linens as well for a fee. They will be gray and navy to help prevent stains :)
