Welcome to Pocketful of Sunshine, an adorable 3 bedroom, 1-bathroom house in Greer, SC. We are located in a residential area with a beautiful green lawn that is perfect for families and for your pets, which we allow for a fee*.
We are a furnished rental located:
Just under 4 miles from GSP Airport
Just under 4 miles from BMW
Just under 3 miles from Downtown Greer
Lease terms can be anywhere from one month to four months, and the property is currently available beginning May 3.
We can't wait to house you as you come for work, to relocate, or to build a home of your own.
The Space:
Pocketful of Sunshine is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house available for 30-day minimum rental in Greer, SC.
The home is fully furnished, with a TV in the living room, washer and dryer in the kitchen, microwave, stove, and refrigerator, as well as all necessary plates, pots, pans, etc.
Please note that we do NOT have a dishwasher.
The terms are as follows:
-$500 security deposit (refunded within 30 days of check out)
-$250 non-refundable pet fee
-$100/mo linen rental fee (see more below)
The bedrooms all have nightstands and table lamps as well as decent sized closets. We do not have any dresser with the exception of the small chest of drawers in the hallway area.
The largest bedroom has a Full and Twin bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each have a Queen bed.
We ask that guests bring their own linens, as this is the easiest way to cut down on stains and unnecessary charges. If you would like to use ours, we charge a $100/mo fee. We will provide you with freshly laundered linens in gray and navy, again, so as to cut down on stains that come with a longer term rental.
We are happy to be flexible with your "check out" date, and will work with you as much as we can to accommodate any changes you may have in jobs, closing dates, etc.
