The patio features a large 5'x5' storage unit at 6 feet tall, great for indoor bike storage and your necessities. The building entry door has been upgraded to a pinpad system, easy for guest entry or deliveries.

Cats and dogs are welcome, breed restrictions apply, see rental criteria for more information. Pet deposit is 25% of the base rent. The monthly pet rent is $10 per cat and $35 per dog. The maximum allowable pets per unit are two.
