Gents, do you need a room rental in the Kapolei area (temporary or long term)? Have you not had good experiences with sharing space with others? We may be the exception. We are staying in a house setting with a room available:
* shared bath
* utilities included (wifi & internet incl.)
* washer/dryer
* fully furnished common areas
* ample street parking
* air conditioning in unit
We need someone who is…
* a responsible working male
* can keep general house rules, such as no smoking indoors, etc.
* will respect each other's person & property
* will clean up after yourself in common areas
Disclose special house rule:
Although guests are welcome, “extra-curricular activity" with any significant-other needs to be taken elsewhere. No overnight stays. Landlord's rules. It's simply a place where men can relax in their respective "man caves". If you have any further questions or would like to schedule a visit respond to this post and the Landlord will be happy to answer any questions/concerns.
