It features new cabinetry throughout, stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and all the amenities you want in a remodeled place. There’s good closet space within the unit. In addition to the storage within the unit, every tenant gets a large storage unit elsewhere in the building.
We recently installed four new washers and dryers on site and parking is available. It’s in a great location for walking to work or to the various neighborhood establishments. Washington Park is just around the corner and Coit Tower isn’t far either. For going out, Grant, Columbus, and Broadway have tons of bars and restaurants and shopping.
