The bottom floor has 1 large master bedroom that has a great view of the local Wilton ranches. The owner will provide a microwave, 2-burner hot plate, and refrigerator for tenant use. This property is for tenants that will be unbothered by occasional noise from surrounding cattle.

Notes from the owner: The owner lives adjacent to the property. The Internet is not high-speed. Designated parking will be on the left side of the property near the garage. Tenants will enter the property using the north gate (Gate on left side of the property if you are facing the house.). The side gate is to remain locked at all times. No storage on the outside patio of the bottom floor. Tenants must buy a P.O. Box for mail. $100 monthly surcharge for utilities.
