This town home is on the second floor requiring guests to utilize the stairs to access the unit. There are also interior stairs to access the third floor. No elevator access.

Standard occupancy for this is 8 guests with a max occupancy of 10 guests. There will be an extra fee for additional guests over the standard occupancy. For children under 5 years of age, however, no extra guest fee applies.
