I signed a lease for March 1st in the Seven Corners Building in Minneapolis, DInkytown and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is on the 8th floor of the building and is very spacious, the space would be shared with 2 other people (a guy and a girl who would be sharing the other room) who are easy-going Ph.D. students at the University of. Minnesota.

Seven Corners is on the West Bank of the U of M campus by the law school and is close to the West Bank Green Line train station. The location is very ideal, as it is close to downtown, dinkytown, West Bank, and the blue and green line trains, so it is easy to get around.

The place has A/C and heat included. This unit has A LOT of storage. The building also has a laundry room, a gym, and ample parking. This is one of the best deals you can get for a private bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Minneapolis. Just call me if you're interested, thanks!

I will also pay $50 (we can negotiate for more) towards your March rent, bringing the first month's rent to just $475.
