There is a bathroom and the kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and a two burner electric cooktop -- there is NO oven.
There is a stacked washer and dryer provided and a small walk in closet.
This unit is private but is attached to the main home and is accessed via a deck that is shared with the main home.
There is no assigned parking -- street parking only.
Tenant pays all utilities.
This property is firmly no pets and no smoking.
The yard is reserved for use by the occupants of the main home.
This home is offered on a 6 month lease term the MTM thereafter.
NOTICE: The rent on this property is $990 until Dec 31, 2019 due to the Tubbs Fire rent limits but rent will increase to $1200 per month on January 1, 2020.-- the lease will be written to reflect this.
