There are two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, large kitchen and good sized mud room off the kitchen. The dining room and living room both have ceiling fans. The second bedroom is very small, more like a small office. There is a small rough basement area that would work for a storm shelter and storage. There is a 1 1/2 car garage with automatic door opener. Fridge and stove included. There are also washer/dryer hook-ups. A washer and dryer could be rented for $40/month if available.

A portion of the back yard is fully fenced in with a short fence. There is a nice covered front porch as well. The inside of the house has hardwood floors, carpet & vinyl.

This house has also passed military inspection in the past and can be inspected if needed! We are open to pets. A pet deposit of 1/4 the rent and nonrefundable pet fee of 1/4 the rental amount apply. Pet rent is typically $35/month for an approved pet. Pet must be over a year and no vicious breeds.

We have an online application, the ability to put down a security deposit online as well as sign the lease electronically! This makes it very easy to secure a home if you are coming from out of town or state.

Renters insurance is required.

A deposit equal to the rent is required. Utilities will be tenants responsibility.

Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan, Junction City or Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Our brand new Aquatic Park just opened up several summers ago! We also built a very nice new park downtown, we have a nice free zoo which is getting completely renovated, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
