The apartment is currently home to graduate students. Aurora House is situated at the edge of Downtown, bordering Fall Creek, and close to Cornell University--the best of all worlds for Ithaca, we think. Aurora House is a recently-renovated historic wood-frame building situated in a quiet neighborhood with a church on one side and Cascadilla Creek on the other. Two different bus stops for the No. 10 circulator bus to Cornell are less than five-minute walk away. You can also walk to campus in about 25 minutes. The Downtown restaurant district, and the Seneca and Green St bus stations are about a ten-minute walk away. Preference for 12-month lease minimum.
