Washer and dryer are available in basement.
The house has beautiful front and back yards in a convenient location. All buses run 1 block from the house on 355 and also 1 block from buses going to shady grove metro station. Both 5-minute walk from the house. 2 minutes to get on highway 270 and 370 and 10 minutes to Costco and Lakeforest mall.
The bedroom is available from March 10th. One month’s rent is needed for security deposit. $35 application fees for background and credit check. We will return the application fees if the background check fails. Half-year lease minimum.
We have a Covid-19 protocol in place that all frequently used areas, such as door handles, counter top, frig handle, faucets are sanitized frequently. Visitors are limited. Please feel free to email us for any questions.
