Have a pet? Bring your pet! We are a pet friendly community, and have no weight or breed restrictions. Up to two pets can live in your apartment with you. Your pet just needs to be friendly and / or polite to other humans and pets. There is a one-time fee of $300 for your pet, and no monthly fees thereafter.
