I am looking for a credit score of 650+ and have steady employment ! A background and criminal check will be completed prior to acceptance. The apt is unable to handle more than 4 people(including children)
New carpets, new dishwasher,
new mircrowave, remodeled bathroom, totally painted.
Even tho I don't have a gym,w/d, the apt has lots of charm and is almost the size of a house. It is on the 2nd floor.
It is not in a complex but; this is 1 of 4 large apartments in a nice residential neighborhood. I have wonderful tenants. You have your own private entrance and yard. Utilities are not included and run about $150-175 per month if you go on the budget plan. There is a new hi-efficieny heater that was installed so it may be less.
This is a gem you cannot resist; enjoy residential living at a fraction of the cost. No pets permitted, no smoking inside building.
1400+ utilities. You would need to get window ac units.
The location is minutes from Route 130 and is conveniently located within walking distance to the River Line, traveling from Camden to Trenton, the NJ Turnpike, and Route 295. Whether you are working in busy Philadelphia, New York City, or any town in between; you can look forward to coming home to the quaint neighborhood. This historic “Village” is an active community with a post office, bank, deli, restaurants, barber/hairstylist, and only walking distance to the Delaware River all located in the center of town. .
