Description

PRIVATE STUDIOS PLUS SOCIAL CONNECTION - Our private studios range in size from 173 to 342 square feet and have private bathrooms, small refrigerators, cabinets, countertops and sinks. The top floor studios also have lofts, opening up extra height and living space space. The shared kitchens are the centerpiece of daily community activity at Freya. There are full kitchens on each floor and a laundry room that are shared amongst members of that floor. All but one floor also have a den off the kitchen as well.

SHARED LIVING IN NORTH SEATTLE

Freya is a new coliving community in Northwest Seattle designed around friendship. It is a collection of studio apartments with additional shared kitchens on each floor and a main gathering space + big communal kitchen on the ground floor. We’re currently running an artist-in-residence program, bringing together a dozen creatives to live alongside early residents as the community forms!

Members have the option of attending monthly covid-safe member events with the whole community and the people on their floor. During these intentional community events people gather to share food and get to know their neighbors.

MFTE: You must make between $20k - $36,200 (40% AMI) of gross income (before taxes). We verify by collecting the following and then the city of Seattle verifies it with a special calculation:

- The past three months of paystubs

- If you do not have paystubs, we need whatever proof of income you are on (unemployment, SSI, disability, etc.)

- 6 months of bank statements

- If you have a savings account, we need your latest statement

- Statements with current values of retirement funds, money market accounts, and/or trusts

Cost: $50 application fee, $100 holding deposit (will be applied to security deposit)

Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 700 or higher (or above 670 with verified income of 3.5x monthly rent), no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years.

(Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)

We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
