Goose Hollow Tower - Student Housing - These units will be open to process applications Monday 12/12/22 at 4:40 PM (PST): 2A, 5G, 301, 313 and 409. Applications submitted prior to the open application period will be subject to the 8-Hour penalty.
Units are held for 7 days excluding weekends. Must select a lease start date within 7 days of unit availability or your application will be disqualified.
2A- Listed price is for a 13 month lease. Other lease lengths are available with different pricing. Please list your preferred lease length in the application.
5G- Listed price is for a 15 month lease. Other lease lengths are available with different pricing. Please list your preferred lease length in the application.

College Housing Northwest is a nonprofit organization founded in 1969 by students to support students in the areas of housing, academic success, and personal development. As part of this mission, College Housing Northwest provides below-market rate housing for students pursuing higher education in the Portland and Corvallis areas.
The Goose Hollow Tower is a high rise located in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, only a 15-minute walk from the Portland State campus. Rent is offered at a lower rate than area housing and comes with amenities such as a community space for studying, events, and on-site Resident Ambassador staff who respond to after-hours needs.
Please schedule an in-person or virtual tour by contacting the leasing office. For in-person tours, we are limiting them to two people and masks are required. We are currently not offering walk-in tours.
We want to make finding a new home for you both simple and safe! You must be enrolled at least half-time in a higher education institution to be eligible for housing with CHNW.
