This home does have washer and dryer HOOKUPS in the garage, but tenant is to provide their own machines.

The rear yard has a lovely new patio area for relaxing afternoons.

The duplex shared a garage wall and the half bath wall with the other unit— so it is very limited attached living space- and the kitchen, bedrooms, and living room do not share walls with the neighbor.

As shown in the photos— one of the bedroom closets is very small— only about 2 and a 1/2 feet wide— the other is larger- but not grand. Typical for older homes.

Measurements for the two bedrooms are below. Please check the sizes to see if they will accommodate your needs.

Front bedroom: 10 1/2 feet by 11 1/2 feet wide. Closet interior is 6 feet.

Rear bedroom: 10 feet by 11-1/2 feet wide. Closet is very small at just 28 inches wide.

The Owner prefers no pets, but may allow one small pet -- breed, size, and age restrictions will apply.

An application that has a credit report that shows no score, but on time payment history of at least 2 accounts, has no negative (late and/or unpaid/collection) accounts, and meets the residential reference requirements and income requirements will be accepted with an increase in the deposit of $750

4. An application that has no credit score, no history of on time payments, and/or credit accounts with negative ratings (late and/or unpaid/collection) will be declined.

Residential History:

2 of the last 5 years of financially responsible (mortgage holder or listed on rental agreement), positive, and verifiable residential history from a non relative.

No evictions in past 7 years

No amounts due to prior landlords.

Income:

Income of at least $6500 per month (must be legal and verifiable). Voucher holders must make 3x their share of the rent.
