Is it admiration, or is there a hint of jealousy? Can’t be sure. With her solid wood floors throughout the living area and bedrooms, and an updated bathroom, kitchen, and windows, it’s clear she knows what matters!
And in the basement? Plenty ‘o space for storage, or like, maybe roller-skating until your heart bursts? Hang out on the covered/screened-in(windowed-in?) porch and overlook your huge, fenced backyard while your Sk8Days Playlist floats through the kewl St. Louis air.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
