Studio efficiencies are a convenient and affordable option halfway between a private apartment and a shared housing situation. Each efficiency has its own bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. For more elaborate cooking or storage of larger items, the building has a shared kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and an electric oven and stove. A shared lounge offers FREE cable and a FREE high-speed internet connection.
