When you first arrive at Waterside’s front gate please use the guest lane (left lane) to speak with security. Tell them you are there for the OPEN HOUSE for Michael Wilder, at 5285 Coquina Key Drive SE #D. They will issue you a guest pass to leave on your cars dashboard.
GPS will generally bring you to the front of the building. Occasionally, GPS apps may send you down the wrong route then suggest you walk through the water filled canal to reach the back of the unit!
From the front gate:
- Continue heading south on Beach Drive.
- Turn left (east) onto Cobia Drive
- Turn right (south) at the round-a-bout onto Coquina Key Drive SE
- Continue south on Coquina Key Drive SE until it dead ends at Building #24
- Park in any parking space near building
There are two separate main doors to the building.
