This conveniently located 3 Bed / 2 Bath unit is just steps away from Cal Poly's campus. Complete with three assigned parking spaces, each unit has an exterior upper deck with beautiful views of Bishop's Peak and surrounding hills. The lower patio is paved and has excellent space for bike storage etc.

The kitchen has all of the amenities, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, and range. The primary bedroom is on the upper level and features a walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Downstairs, the secondary bedrooms are large and share a bathroom. Each room has copious amounts of storage, in addition to hall closets.

Units do not come with street parking passes. Each unit is limited to three parking spaces within the lot.

12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing agent from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
