This recently remodeled, conveniently located unit is just steps away from Cal Poly's campus. Complete with three assigned parking spaces, each unit has beautiful views of Bishop Peak and surrounding hills. Exterior upper deck is perfect for soaking in the evening sunsets and has plenty of space of outdoor dining. Lower patio is paved and has excellent space for bike storage etc.

The kitchen has all of the amenities, including dishwasher, refrigerator, and range. Master bedroom is on the upper level and features walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Downstairs, the secondary bedrooms are large and share a bathroom. Each room has copious amounts of storage, in addition to hall closets.

Units do not come with street parking passes. Each unit is limited to three parking spaces within the lot.

12 month Lease. This is a FIRM NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home.The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property except water and trash.

If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
