NOTE: PLEASE read! Applicants must first answer my questionnaire and be able to prove income BEFORE being shown the rental to initially determine if they qualify. Sorry if you don't like that but I deem it necessary, and I have many applicants. The pictures suffice to show its quality, so please do not ask for more pictures, when I get time I'll put up more. You must prove $2500 per month income.

Because of the Health Crisis the process may be slower.
6 BR!, 2 1/2 baths!, dining room, living room, big basement, deck, off-street parking space.
Must have given good notice to previous rental manager and need good references in order to live in my quality house.
Small cubby with washer dryer hookups off kitchen, basement is large in 2 sections, washer and dryer hookups, convenience of door leading to outside. It is a corner house with yard around and a deck. One off-street parking space. No garage is included though for $30 extra cost per month it can be arranged. This house is for use by a single family of 4 or 2 students. Any other arrangement please consult with me.
$750 base price, no appliances, no utilities included. Many people have their own appliances - they will cost per month $20 extra each - must pay dishwasher appliance (even though built-in). I provide beautiful good working ones. You must decide before moving in, to be included in lease.
NO PETS! As I have found that I generally have to pay a bunch in damages and lose at least a month's rent after tenants had a pet, and there are many factors in allowing such (1 cat or dog under 20 pounds might be allowed ...)
NON-SMOKING DWELLING
PLEASE encourage children to be good to the house as they tend to scratch, dent, break things, and spray hard-to-get-off silly string! Driveway space is for parking (no basketball allowed).
Lease runs to Aug 31. Then begin a one-year lease Sept 1 (arranged and signed before August or give 30 days notice and move). I haven't had any complaint about the winter gas bill, but feel free to check the average cost with the gas company; also, through CAC and HEAP you can arrange for a budget plan or PIP.
Well-maintained. New security light. Many newer windows in this big house and will definitely save on your heating bill. Within walking distance to Franciscan University and on the bus route. Deposit same as rent; both due up front.
MUST be able to communicate well, be clean and tidy, honest, drug-free, decent, and show that you can pay rent and state that you will pay last month's rent.
I perform background check. ID required to be photocopied and I ask that you provide your Social number which will be put in a safe. Make sure you are able to meet requirements before I show you the house. Everyone's time is precious. Thanks for your understanding!
